Fuller Paving began in 1994 in Pipestone, Minnesota, with small, local projects like patching potholes and installing driveways. Our quality craftsmanship and dependable results have paved the way for us to lead major projects for cities in southwest Minnesota and South Dakota. In 2009, Fuller Paving expanded to Oklahoma full-time, starting with driveways and patching before later growing to handle large projects such as parking lots, streets, and corporate work. All the while, we’ve stayed true to our small-town roots and continued to handle small, everyday projects with the same level of excellence—just like we have since 1994.
